How LuxGen Mining Consultants Ltd handles the information you give us through this website.
Last updated 23 October 2026
Who we are
LuxGen Mining Consultants Ltd, Plot No. 5496, Humba Area, Choma, Southern Province, Zambia. For any question about your information, email info@luxgenmining.com or call +260 763 534 798.
What we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive:
- your name
- your phone or WhatsApp number and your email address, if you give them
- what you need help with, and where your site is, if you say
- your message
Browsing the website does not ask you for any personal information. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We do not sell your information, share it with marketers or add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
The form sends your message by email to our inbox, info@luxgenmining.com. It is not saved in a database on the website. We keep enquiry emails for one year. If we go on to work together, we keep them for as long as both of us need them for that work. After that, we delete them.
Keeping the form free of spam
To stop automated spam, the form uses a short-lived cookie for the check characters you type. The server also keeps a scrambled code made from your connection’s IP address and browser for 10 minutes, to limit how many messages can be sent at once. The code cannot be turned back into your IP address, and it is deleted when the 10 minutes are over.
Other services this website uses
- Google Fonts: the website’s lettering loads from Google, so your browser connects to Google’s servers.
- Google Maps: the map on the contact page comes from Google, which may set its own cookies. See Google’s privacy policy.
- WhatsApp: the WhatsApp buttons open a chat in WhatsApp, where WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Under Zambia’s Data Protection Act, 2021, you can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email or call us using the details above and we will respond as soon as we can.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
